Terms of Use and Membership Agreement

StokPort.net

1. Parties

This agreement is entered into between the user who becomes a member of StokPort.net and Sealive Lojistik İthalat İhracat ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi, the operator of the platform.

2. Subject

The agreement defines the platform usage terms, the rights and obligations of the parties, and the membership rules.

3. Membership

The member accepts that the information provided during registration is accurate and up to date. Account security is the member responsibility.

4. Nature of the Platform

StokPort.net is an electronic platform. The user who creates a listing is responsible for the legality and accuracy of listed products and services.

5. Prohibited Content

Illegal, fake, misleading, intellectual property-infringing, or unauthorized products and services may not be listed.

6. Fees

Membership, listing and use of the platform are free of charge. If a paid service is introduced later, its scope and price will be announced in advance.

7. Intellectual Property

The platform software, design, logo, and content are protected by the intellectual property rights of the company or right holders.

8. Liability

The platform is not a party to commercial relationships between users. Mandatory liabilities arising from law are reserved.

9. Account Suspension

The company may suspend or terminate membership in case of contract breach or unlawful activity.

10. Disputes

Turkish law applies. Subject to mandatory consumer rules, competent courts and enforcement offices are those at the company headquarters.
